Our work usually begins with a visionary senior manager. With the help of this person and other key stakeholders, we work to differentiate presenting symptoms and underlying issues. The goal of this first step is to frame the issues and opportunities and identify the best course to rapid success.
Talk to customers
Before leaping to action, we work with our client partners to talk to
the key stakeholders to ensure weve got a clear understanding of
existing barriers and the path to success. For example with an executive
coaching assignment, we talked with the executives peers and direct reports.
If were working to reduce new product cycle time, this stage will
involve talking to the manufacturing, engineering and marketing departments
as a starting point.

Action
We help individuals and organizations move forward by focusing on the
strategies, structures and actions which produce rapid results and build
organizational capacity. We excel in identifying the opportunities and
underlying issues. We help individuals and workgroups by providing insight
and guidance but primarily by enabling clients to make better use
of what they know.
Move to action
In some cases, we develop and provide mental models to assist clients
in solving problems in new ways. In others, we may serve as facilitators
to improving cross-functional communication. For every client, our focus
is on eliminating barriers to individual and organizational growth and
building capacity.
